Where do you deliver?
We deliver around South Mumbai. You can check our website or contact us directly to confirm if we deliver to your area. We are constantly expanding our delivery zones, so check back often if we don't currently serve your location.
What are your delivery times?
Lunch: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
We aim to deliver within these windows, though occasional delays may occur due to traffic or other unforeseen issues.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your preferred plan, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Do you offer single-day tiffins or only subscription plans?
We offer both! You can order a single-day trial tiffin or choose from our various subscription plans for regular service.
Can I customize my meals?
Our standard tiffin comes with a set menu that changes daily to ensure variety and freshness. If you have specific allergies, please inform us at the time of placing your order.
What does a typical tiffin include?
A standard tiffin usually includes:
One or two vegetable preparations (sabzi)
A lentil dish (dal)
A type of bread (rotis or parathas)
Rice
Salad or pickle
A sweet dish or dessert (optional; check daily menu)
Is the food healthy?
Yes! We cook using fresh ingredients and minimal oil to provide nutritious, balanced, and wholesome meals that taste like home-cooked food.
Is your food Jain or Swaminarayan?
Yes, we offer specific Jain and Swaminarayan meal options. Please mention your preference while placing your order, or contact us to confirm availability.
How do I find out the menu for the day or week?
Our weekly menu is posted under the “Weekly Menu” section on the website. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive it directly in your inbox.
Do you use reusable containers?
We use high-quality, food-grade containers to keep your meals fresh and warm. Some services may include reusable tiffin boxes as part of a returnable deposit program. Please check with customer support for details.
